DOHC / 4-Injap

this is an underbone, so it SHOULD NOT be grouped with fz150 and CBR150.
underbone is kapchai, period.

ppl's 1st impression is, looks like honda hurricane, or copy hurricane.
if u can remember hurricane, how can u not remember suzuki RC sprinter which is a few years before hurricane?
So hurricane is not the 1st underbone with full fork, naked style in the Msian market.

Yesterday is the media launch, but suzuki marketing is kinda slow, today no news at all in major papers, no advertisement as well. The dealers in KL still can't confirm the exact price because suzuki haven't fax them the price list. Don't even mention about their website, don't know when they will update. Should send these comments to the japanese boss yesterday.

This bike has been discussed for a year in the local forum, but stays low profile.

SDMS really innovative for a cub like dis. I thought i saw a gear change indicator on-top of meter panel. How about fuel tank? What's d liter? Price wise, i think those who really fancy dis bike will buy it. Kuddos Suzy....

an honest and good effort by Salihin. tapi yang musykil sket ialah bukankah sistem penyejukan guna SACS iaitu menggunakan oil cooler? mungkin perlu ditekankan kelebihan guna oil cooler (tak perlu radiator cap, tak perlu kipas, tak perlu waterpump, thermostat, coolant. hehehe...

anyway, IMHO suzuki sepatutnya terus convert Belang utk guna coverset kapcai yang org malaysia minat - ada kepuk (leg shield) dan lain-lain. dan harga sama dgn LC. legenda RG akan kembali.

only thing this 'belang' loses out to the fz is the lack of efi and it is an underbone. for such a small cc, imho, i feel, the efi doesn't make much of a difference and the belang beats the fz everywhere else. but if u really wan't efi regardless of everything else, then perhaps the fz150 is more for you. to me imho, for anything below 250cc, with or without efi doesn't make a difference.

tech tl100r upgred sdms k7 1000 pada harga 8k tersangat la murah..boleh beli sebelum kena blok topspeed.yg pasti motor sejukan minyak ni sgt sesuai utk jarak jauh.for info fxr150 yg guna enjin ni dulu 1 tangki pada kelajuan 130kmj cubcai boleh bawa tanpa henti dari kl smp kedah.

SDMS tu bagus, tetapi adakah CDI juga akan cut off rpm bila mod normal atau economy diaplikasi? atau meter sekadar tunjukan rpm yg ideal utk shift gear demi mendapatkan penjimatan minyak?

Top speed macamana yang nak? Berapa berat penunggang? berbanding meter motosikal mana, atau berbanding meter suoerbike, atau kereta , atau gps? Yang pasti nya ada motorpopular yang enjin sama cc mampu ditinggalkan oleh penunggang seberat 90kg walaupun meter hanya menujukkan 130kmh. Katanya meter motor tu dah menujukkan 160....

motor 250 4-stroke pun kalau calang calang belum tentu dapat kejar Z
mungkin ZXR250 boleh kot
Naza Blade 250 belum tau.....
sebab initial pickup two-stroke tentu laju, rpm cepat naik tinggi
highway long distance long straight boleh la kejar z
racings parts Belang aka Raider150 khabarnya ada banyak dah kat Thailand
kat Malaysia ni tak lama lagi masuk la kot....

kalau motor standard, mungkin, tengok rider dan berat rider,
bab ni kena try baru tau, sebab kalau rider sama bawak 2 motor yang sama jenis pun, tak tentu lagi dapat timing sama..
subjektif laa....
apa hal pun, pelan pelan kayuh....
mcm cakap kata atas tu, kalau highway atau very long straight, 2 stroke memang kena makan le....

FYI info, I just purchased Belang on last week. I feel it is real powerful mopad in this decade. Before this I use LC. For me LC's speedometer really inaccurated.

salam.. my first ride was SRX 100cc and after several years i upgraded to 125Z before she went stolen just after 3 month staying with me.. i even have no chance to mod it to some kinda racing stuff.. then to jaga hati my orang tua.. i bought LagendaZ but to me.. the performance of SRX with japanese parts was much better than the so called 110cc lagenda. and now after i suffered from being stucked 1 hour go and 1 hour back from office driving, i opted to trade in the lagenda and thinking of either 125z or 135LC but now, with higher precaution so that my ride will not be stolen again. article about belang is great and i am fascinated.. but without bakul, a can't find where to put all the additional padlock, solex, rantai.. unless, there is a storage compartment underneath the seat.. for sure, with the spec and the pricetag, belang is considerable as cheap.. RM6000++ for 4 speed 135cc yamaha, simple meter cluster.. compare to belang.. dah macam superbike.. ada mode macam2.. dah macam aprilia RS dah..

saya pemilik fz. baru2 ni fz rentap dengan belang. rider saya size. belang leh cucuk fz je. kalau tak cucuk tinggal terus itu belang. belang guna engine dohc, hap tinggi, body kecil, 6 gear tapi kalah dengan engine sohc, hp kurang dari belang, berat lebih lagi. sila komen

belang ni ada x set cover yang lain sket bentuk? atau kita leh modified set jadi lebih menarik? belang ni enjin dan prestasi memang cun dah...tapi slek bentuk jer..
walaupun dah basi kat SEA ni, tapi still the best so far.. nak wat camna, bukan kita minta model ni masuk lambat kat Malaysia...

07Sape nak travel jauh angat la Fzi tp klu Lc pun ok gak. Aku rempit lc ats lebuh raya bleh pegi smpai 160cc, tp klu ngn Fzi-confom cicir la. Klu belang r- stakat nk sprint test mgkin bleh dpt 1st prize. Klu travel jauh mgkin akn bermasalah kot.... atr sbbnye, tank dia kecik jew. Fzi 300km sekali isi jew. Klu belang ngn lc, kena isi 3x gak la.. adios..

Hi everyone,
I own a belang r150. I've try test with lc135 and fz150i. Lc standard top speed 133km/h. Fz150i standard top speed similar with lc135. I'm 62kg personnel. I try pickup test with lc standard and fz150i. The rider of both bikes are lighter then me. Both bikes can't beat belang r150. My bike belang r150 standard top speed is 146km/h. Lc135 accelerate 0-100km/h in 8.6sec. Fz150i accelerate 0-100km/h in 7.9sec. Belang r150 accelerate 0-100km/h in 5.7sec. We dicided for a race and test it for insure which bike is speedest. At last we conclute suzuki belang r150 is the winner. Lastly belang is prove, he is the 4 stroke king of underbone. "Hyper in underbone"

Aslmkum..Belang ni dah hampir racing, tgk la pada stroke dia pendek, engine rev boleh tinggi, DOHC pun sama utk rev tinggi dan tahan, gear ada 6 speed, meterpun dah racing, jadi sapa yg minat racing ini lah motornye. Lc dgn Fz direka utk economi sebab tu stroke panjang. Lc/Fz laju sebab barang racing belambak dan murah. Bore kit Rm120 dah boleh dpt, tapi berapa lama boleh tahan, nak pasang bukan senang, dah msuk bore kit 60mm, cam, mula la nk sayur kn belang, itu yg ada kata belang kena dgn Lc.

Ya..belang memang mantab enjin..aku suka sangat2..klu pandai buat binatang ni hehe..motor belang aku dpt tingalkan yamaha tzm..so ada berani nak test..aku cuma besarkan oil cooler rediator tu..buang caberitor,masuk efi,indektor tu,aku sumbat kereta punya 1.3 myvi.las sekali sumbat turbo kancil 660..motor ni ringan sebelah tayar hadapan..jdi aku buang kepala dia msk kepala yamaha r15..baru seimbang..tapi perbelanjaan hehehe sedia dlm 10k lah....
